1. Linking policy–not a public forum

2. No guaranteed availability
TriMet reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. You agree that TriMet will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You agree that TriMet, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, our belief that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms. Use of TriMet's web services Application Programming Interface (API) requires registration and is governed by additional terms. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of TriMet. You may also use Content displayed on TriMet's "Public Art" web site, trimet.org/publicart ("Public Art Content") in connection with your use of the Content. Your use of the Public Art Content is specifically conditioned upon your requirement to (1) give credit to the artist; (2) indicate the TriMet property on which the artwork is installed; and (3) note that the work was commissioned by TriMet.

This section governs your use of data made available through TriMet's Web Services API (the "Data"). TriMet grants you a limited, revocable license to use, reproduce, redistribute and display the Data in accordance with these terms. You are not authorized to make any use of any proprietary service marks of TriMet, including without limitation "TransitTracker", the associated clock logo, or any confusingly similar variant thereof. The Data is provided to you "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

All Content of this Site including content of the is the property of TriMet or its content suppliers, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of the Content on this Site is the exclusive property of TriMet, and is likewise protected by US and international copyright laws.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names ("Trademarks") of TriMet used herein (including, but not limited to, TRIMET, MAX, TRANSIT TRACKER, THE NEXT BIG THING DOWNTOWN and QUICK DROP, the slogan "SEE WHERE IT TAKES YOU" and the TriMet logos (see below)) are trademarks or registered trademarks of TriMet and may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits TriMet. The TriMet trademarks may not be used in connection with the products or services of others, except for the use of a text link or a TriMet web logo to link to this site, in accordance with these Terms and TriMet's linking policy. All other trademarks not owned by TriMet that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners.
